I can't wait to welcome you into our space and look after you. To make sure every client has a peaceful, safe and truly relaxing experience, I gently ask you to take a quick peek at our house rules before booking.

1. Securing Your Time A 50% deposit secures your booking and goes towards your treatment on the day.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Can't make it? I understand that life happens. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, so your spot can be offered to someone else. No-shows: missing your appointment without letting us know leaves a lonely gap in our day, and will result in a 100% charge of the booked service.

3. Arrival & Lateness Please arrive on time for your appointment. Running late? I'll always do my best to fit you in, but your treatment time may need to be shortened so I don't keep my next client waiting.

4. Health, Allergies & Clinic Policies Please let me know of any allergies, medical conditions or changes to your health before we begin — this helps me keep every treatment safe and suited to you. To keep our space fragrance-free and air healthy for our more sensitive clients, please skip perfumes and strongly scented products before your visit.

5. Treatment Suitability Some treatments (including our Sculptural Buccal Facial and skin needling) aren't suitable during pregnancy, or within a set period following Botox, filler or thread lift treatments. Please disclose any recent cosmetic treatments so we can recommend what's genuinely safe for you.

6. Right to Refuse or Adjust Treatment If a treatment isn't appropriate for your skin or health on the day, I reserve the right to modify or decline a treatment, and will always explain why and suggest a suitable alternative where possible.

7. Payments Full payment is required at the time of your treatment, unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout/in clinic. Prices are correct at time of publishing and may change without notice.

8. Retail & Products Products purchased in clinic or via our online shop are subject to our returns policy (insert specific returns policy here — e.g. faulty items only, unopened items within X days, etc.).

9. Website Use By using this website, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. All content — including text, images, treatment descriptions and branding — is the property of Journey of Skin and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Changes to These Terms These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
